| Chicca D'Agostino - President
Chicca D'Agostino, is the President and Founder of Focus USA, which has specialized in large database manipulation, aggregation and segmentation since 1994. The company has developed over 100 individual mailing lists from its database designed to allow for increased customer prospect targeting by marketers. Focus has been at the forefront of providing creative and analytical data solutions for its clients in the US.
Prior to starting Focus, D'Agostino helped launch Profile America and served as its President from 1990 to 1994. Before entering the direct marketing industry, D'Agostino was engaged in market research, where she designed and conducted focus groups for consumer products companies such as Kodak, Duffy-Mott, and Reader's Digest. D'Agostino also spent 5 years in Florence, Italy, providing private English lessons to Italians.
In late 2007, D'Agostino launched Focus Worldwide to offer consultative data and marketing services to marketers desiring to enter or expand their business in global markets. D'Agostino is a member of the DMA-US, the International Council and the DMA-India. She is a speaker at direct marketing events, and is also a past member of the List & Database Council Operating Committee and the Board of the List Leader Group.

| Douglas Sacks - Vice President Strategic Planning
Douglas Sacks has worked on-site on five continents assisting both U.S. and international companies, non-profit organizations and government agencies establish operations and develop and implement direct marketing, database marketing and e-business campaigns. Companies and agencies he has worked with include: the Dupont Corp., Acxiom, Experian, Time Warner Music, CNN International, Invest in Sweden Agency, Veritas Analytics, American Express, MasterCard International and UNICEF.
Doug is the past Chair of the U.S. DMA International Council's Operating Committee (OPCOM)
2001-2003, and the former Editor of its newsletter, the Hot Press.
He is the author of more than twenty articles on international marketing and data privacy legislation, a contributor to several books on international marketing, and a frequent speaker at marketing events both in the U.S. and abroad. Since 2005 he has been a featured monthly columnist for "Direct Marketing International" Magazine (UK) DMI online. He is on the Board of Directors of the DMA of India, and on the faculty of New York University (Adjunct Asst. Professor of Marketing) teaching in the "Master of Science in Direct and Interactive Marketing" program. In 2001, NYU presented Doug with its Award for Teaching Excellence in the School for Continuing and Professional Studies. In 2007 he was invited to join the Founders Board for The Center for University Based Enterprise and Development at the University of New Haven in New Haven, CT (CUBED@UNH) www.newhaven.edu/cubed. Presently he is writing a book on International Marketing.

| Lori Collins - Corporate Vice President
Lori started her career in the list and data industry as a list broker in 1995 and has been with Focus USA, a leading list management and analytical solutions company for 8 years. She oversees the Business Development Group for domestic and international sales and is also responsible for identifying and implementing new and timely data products and services for Focus Worldwide clients. Lori was past Co-Chair of the DMA’s Directo Council for Hispanic Marketing.
Prior to her position at Focus Worldwide Lori was Director, List and Data at Harte Hanks and most recently Media Director at CPS Direct.
Lori is a veteran of the United States Air Force where she spent 10 years on active duty before starting her direct marketing career. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a Master of Science Degree in Marketing.

| Amy Carraher - Vice President Business Development
Amy has over 23 years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry and has been with the company for over 5 years. Amy is a Vice President in the New Business Development group. She is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business and incremental revenue opportunities while selling the comprehensive suite of products and services available thru Focus USA and Focus Worldwide.
Amy made her entrée into direct marketing directly after graduation from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with a BS degree in Marketing, working in the brokerage division at Mokrynski & Associates. She then worked for ten years at RMI Direct Marketing. With her innate understanding of marketing and strong service approach, she quickly earned the title of Vice President. Amy joined 24/7 Media, a leader in opt-in email direct marketing services. Here, she worked with many e-commerce companies worldwide reach responsive internet users and to expand their presence on the Internet.
